Deadly Prey night is a multimedia party going on 4th Fridays at The Whistler, which accompanies the art showing at Deadly Prey Gallery. DPG is a Chicago gallery space dedicated to hand-painted movie posters from Ghana, West African art, music, antiques, and cultural curiosities. Movies made popular through the Ghanaian Mobile Cinema will screen alongside an all-night-all-vinyl live DJ set. Selectors from the Impala Sound Champions and special guests, local and international, will control the tunes with the finest in African beats & reggae riddims.
