From the original American Skathic releases to the Jamaican Oldies Series (which brought legends such as Pat Kelly, Derrick Harriott, Susan Cadogan, Winston Francis and Dennis Alcapone to Chicago) Chuck has been integral to the Windy City reggae scene for decades.
